Fireman Refractories is a State-of-the art manufacturing facility for any product to Standards or for a specific requirement and design of refractory and ceramic materials.

Fireman Refractories is a registered MSME under the regulatory authority of Government of India and located in the backward area; nevertheless, the area- Vridhachalam is known for Ceramic and Refractory products in Tamilnadu, quite historically. Vridhachalam do have an exclusive Institute for Ceramic and Refractory Studies and do have a Government-run exclusive Industrial Estate for Ceramic and Refractory Products.

Fireman has the valid Consent orders for operation under Air Act & Water Act from Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board. The Consent Order has been duly renewed and has the validity up to March 31, 2023.

The location of the Industry is 12 Km from Vridhachalam and 7 Km from Veppur, in the revenue limits of T.Pudayur, Nallur Division, in a sprawling 5 acres of company owned land with close connectivity to NH 532 (Salem-Vridhachalam). Fireman has electrical supply connected with TANGEDCO for 500Kw-HT lines, exclusively to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Fireman is promoted by a team of Engineers from the domain of Metallurgy, Mechanical and Civil Engineering and being administrated by a team of peoples who are well experienced and have expertise in operating refractory industry. The all-important trained workforce is abundantly available due to huge activities (more than 40 industries of varied sizes) of Refractory industries in the project location.

The manufacturing facility is primarily has a Tunnel Kiln, supported with a waste-heat recuse Dryer and an imported Press with all required clay preparation and molding machines.

Fireman has an exclusive high-tech laboratory to continuously upgrade the quality of its products and nonetheless, to experiment and innovate new mix designs for better performance of their products.
