Fireman is an Integrated Refractory and Ceramic based Multi-Product manufacturing facility for 1500MT of products per month. The annual average production is 15000MT. The facility is incorporated with THREE MAJOR Production Zones, viz.,

Clay Preparation Zone
Disintegration, Pulverizer, Sieving & Mixing

Green Piece Production
Molds, Presses& Natural Drying

Tunnel Kiln
Products, Quality Assurance & Dispatch

The facility is primarily installed with Tunnel Kiln Capacity for producing any refractory or Ceramic product for 30-35MT per day.

The facility spreads in a sprawling land of 5.5 acres with captive water supply through an deep Bore well.

The facility is connected to TANGECO for 500KW, HT line- exclusive with assurance of un-interrupted power supply.

Clay Preparation – Zone I

Clay of varied characteristics including grog can be independently managed in three open bunkers, where effective mixing for homogenous mix of clay feed with representative and uniform characteristics, can be achieved.

Closed Storage Sheds for Clays and raw materials is under construction for sustainable operation of the Mill House section, where clays are mixed with admixtures and additives for any special refractory or industrial ceramics.

Green Piece Production

There also, two Hydraulic Presses are available with any different and types of molds to prepare Green Clay Products.

One Indian Make Press (150T) and another Imported Press for 315T are available. The Imported (Electric Screw -315T) Press is advanced and semi-automatic to ensure te uniform characteristics of the products.

Tunnel Kiln

The production capacity of the Tunnel Kiln is 30-35 MT per day.

The Kiln is 35m length with Pre heat, Firing and Cooling Zone. The Kiln is provided with Dryer Tunnel with duct lines to recirculate the hot gases of the Kiln to use as heating medium in the Dryer.

The Kiln is fitted with Dual-Fuel burners in the heating Zone to raise temperature up to 1550oC.

Four Rails are provided for 40m each, four lines, and parallel. The first Rail is for racking green products for natural drying. Then it moves into the second rail in the Dryer where the green pieces are further dried with the help of hot gases from the Kiln. The dried products will move into the third Rail, which is taking the products in to heat zone (9.5m) for a maximum temperature of 1550oC. The vitrified products will be moved into the Fourth rail where the products are unloaded from the Car for the required quality check and dispatch.
