Research & Development

The promotors-Directors are technocrats with varied experience, expertize and exposure to refractory and industrial ceramics.

We have a strong in-house manpower for specific design of refractory or ceramic mix to suit the requirements of the Client. Our Experts can undertake special, design and production & application drawings for the products. We can undertake projects on Turnkey for establishing any type of Kiln and accessory machinery for establishing Refractory Industries.

We can undertake failure analysis of any refractory and ceramic production line to evaluate the accident and failure and address the methods of reconstruction and repairs.

The Laboratory is under establishment. We committed to enhance the laboratory to accredit with NABL by 2024-25.

We are keep upgrading our technical skill to invent newer materials for use in Refractories and alternatives for refractories and Industrial Ceramic products.

Specific applications of refractories, although primarily for heat and temperature resistance, each product required to be analyzed for physical, chemical and mineralogical characteristics. Most of the time, it requires the Standards to be followed. Yet, in few challenging and new scenarios, it requires research experimental proof for product development. FIREMAN has the technical expertise and extensive experience in the refractories.

While Fireman’s primary objective is to ensure quality, it is also important that we appreciate the competitive cost without compromising the quality. A comprehensive quality Check is done in all stages of process for its mineralogical characteristics and thermal features.

A team of Ceramic & Refractory technologists supported by chemical analysts is the asset of Fireman with the support of State of art laboratory. The in-built laboratory has all basic equipment to modern scientific equipment to analyze all samples for any number or type of characteristics.

FIREMAN can team up to avail laboratory analysis services with nearby ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY that has very ultra-modern Laboratories in the departments of Chemical, Manufacturing and Civil Engineering.

We can undertake FAILURE ANALYSIS if required to be carried out, with intensive due-diligence, sampling, experiment, data interpretation and simulation modelling. FIREMAN will soon apply to take Accreditation under NABL from Quality Council of India.

With the laboratory facility, In-house and MoU partners, we can undertake the following analysis and ensure the quality of any Standard or Special products for the following characteristics;
